What Body Journal is
Body Journal is a personal dashboard that displays health and fitness data you've connected from wearables, smart scales, and your own manual entries, along with AI-generated summaries and answers about that data. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing in the app, including AI-generated insights, should be treated as a substitute for professional medical guidance — talk to a doctor about anything health-related that concerns you.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Body Journal.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You can disconnect any connected data source or stop using the service at any time.
Acceptable use
Use Body Journal only for its intended purpose — tracking and reviewing your own health data. Don't attempt to access another user's data, disrupt the service, or use it in any unlawful way.
Third-party services
Body Journal connects to services we don't operate — Google, Oura, Whoop, Withings, and Anthropic. We aren't responsible for their availability, accuracy, or their own handling of your data once it leaves our systems; each has its own terms and privacy practices.
No warranty
Body Journal is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that synced/AI-generated data will always be accurate — synced data reflects what the connected source reports, and AI-generated estimates (macro estimates, insights) are approximations, not verified facts.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Body Journal and its operator aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if these terms are violated. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
